To unsaubscribe, you need to use the same platform that you used to subscribe.
For members transitioning from the former NJPW WORLD, please log in through a web browser and proceed with the cancellation. Cancellation cannot be done through the app or TV devices.
e.g. If you used iPhone to subscribe, you must use iPhone to unsubscribe. When you subscribed with iPhone, you are unable to unsubscribe from website or Android devices.
After cancellation is completed, the [Manage Subscription] page will display 'Pending Cancellation'. During the contracted period, you can continue to watch videos. The status is shown as 'Pending Cancellation' because videos remain accessible throughout the contract period. We apologize for any confusion, and we appreciate your understanding.
Cancelling from Web browser:
- Select [Settings] from [My Account].
- Select [Manage Subscription].
- Select the plan that is subscribed and choose [Cancel Subscription].
⚠️Some customers who registered via a web browser are currently experiencing an issue where the "Cancel Subscription" button is not displayed.
If you are unable to cancel your subscription, please contact us by filling out the following information via this inquiry form.
- Nickname
- Login email address
- Login password
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Payment method (Credit card, d Payment, au Simple Payment, SoftBank Payment, PayPal)
※ If you are using a credit card, please provide the name of the card company. If you are using carrier billing, please provide the name of the mobile carrier and the billing number.
To unsubscribe with iPhone and iPad:
- Tap [Settings] on your device.
- Tap the name on the top of the screen.
- Tap [Subscriptions].
- Select [NJPW WORLD].
- Select [Cancel Subscriptions] from the buttom of the page.
- Tap [Confirm].*
*Warning: Uninstalling the app will not automatically unsubscribe the service. Please follow the above steps to unsubscribe properly. Only unistalling the app will not stop charging the monthly pass fees.
To unsubscribe with Apple TV:
On the Apple TV, you can only manage subscriptions of the apps that were installed via Apple TV's tvOS.Apple TV's that are before third-gen can only mange subscription via iOS, iPadOS and PC.
- Open [Settings].
- Select [User or account].
- Select [Subscriptions].
- Tap the subsrciption you want to manage and select [Cancel Subsription]. If [Cancel Subscription] does not show on the screen, you have already canceled and the subscription will not be automatically renewd.*

To unsubscribe with Android's Google Play:
■ How to cancel on Google Play Store:
- Open the "Google Play Store" installed on your device.
- Select the account icon displayed in the top right corner.
- Choose "Payment & subscriptions."
- Select "Subscriptions."
- Choose "NJPW WORLD."
- Select "Cancel subscription."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
Note: Uninstalling the NJPW WORLD app will not automatically cancel your subscription.
Please follow the cancellation steps above to cancel your subscription.
If you uninstall the NJPW WORLD app without canceling the subscription, you will continue to be charged.
To unsubscribe with Amazon Fire TV in-app purchase:
Please stop the subscription through Amazon’s website on a computer or smartphone if you subscribe with Fire TV in-app purchase.
