Please check your audio settings again during LIVE playback by following the steps below.
- Start playback and tap the screen or press the confirm button. If the cursor cannot be moved, exit playback by pressing the back button, start playback again, and then press the confirm button to try again.
- Select the [gear icon] at the bottom left of the screen.
- Change the selected audio option.
The display format may vary slightly depending on the device or app, but the basic process remains the same.
