The cancellation method for the Unlimited Viewing Plan varies depending on the platform through which you subscribed.
If you subscribed via a Web browser (such as Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox), you can cancel your Unlimited Viewing Plan by following the steps below.
If you attempt to cancel your subscription using a different platform than the one you originally used to subscribe, the following error screen may appear.
If you see the error below when attempting to cancel through the app, it means your subscription was made via the web browser. In that case, please follow the steps outlined below to cancel your Unlimited Viewing Plan.
If you subscribed before the renewal on November 9, 2023, your subscription was made via the web browser, and therefore can be canceled using the steps below.

1. Sign in with your account.
2. Select [Settings].
3. Select [My Account].
4. Select [Manage Subscriptions].
5. Select [Unsubscribe].
6. Select [Yes].
If you see the message [Pending Cancellation] after following the steps above, your cancellation has been successfully processed.
If you are unable to cancel your subscription, we can process the cancellation on your behalf. In that case, please contact us using the inquiry form linked below and provide the following information:
- Nickname
- Login email address
- Date of birth
- Gender

Payment method (credit card or PayPal)
For PayPal payment: Please tell us your [Transaction ID].
For credit card payment: Please tell us your credit card number (16, 15 or 14 digits).
