How to Change Playback Quality

Platforms Where Playback Quality Can Be Adjusted

  • iOS App: Requires iOS 13 or later
  • iPadOS App: Requires iPadOS 13 or later
  • Android OS App: Requires Android 6.0 or later
  • Android TV App: Requires Android 6.0 or later
  • Amazon Fire TV App (not available for Fire Tablets): Requires Fire OS 6.3 or later
    ※ Compatible with Fire TV Stick (3rd generation and later)

Note: This feature is not available on web browsers, Apple TV, or Roku apps.

 

■ How to Change Playback Quality

　1. Select the settings button ⚙ on the playback screen.

　2. Select playback quality.

　3. Select "Auto" or "Low".

　Note: "Auto" plays at the highest quality available for your device.

If there is no change even after adjusting the playback quality, try fast-forwarding or rewinding the video to see if the change takes effect.
